Meet the Baker

Danny Adelsberg

Danny is the founder and head baker at Out Yeast. He is a Medical Student at the University of Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and graduated from The University of California, Berkeley. He grew up in Agoura Hills, CA. He is an Iron Man finisher and Marathon Runner. He has a passion for all things bread, triathlon, photography and science.

His favorite things to bake include all forms of bread and pizza. His love language is baking for his friends and family and his other love language is eating!

One day, when Danny is a practicing Doctor, Kona Ironman qualifier, and Boston Marathon qualifier, he dreams of opening a bakery. For now, Danny bakes in his apartment and hand delivers his carefully crafted pieces to his customers.
